  • TERMS OF PAYMENT:

       - By Irrevocable L/C at sight
       - By Telegraphic Transfer Remittance (TTR)
         +30% deposit after signing contract
         +The rest will be paid after receiving the shipping documents by fax or email.
       - By D/P for our regular customers.
       - All prices are FOB prices – Ho Chi Minh City.
  • QUANTITY & LOADABILITY:

       - Orders are advised a limit of about 8-10 items for a 20' and 15-20 items for a 40'. 
       - Quantity on shipment could be different as from stated on the order. Please kindly accept the tolerance of 10% in quantities.
  • DELIVERY:

        - Dry season: about 45 days for indoor products & 60 days for outdoor productss.
        - Rainy season: about 60 days for outdoors productss & 75 days for outdoor productss.
        - However, depending on the availability of designs and moulds on our production, this can be arranged to be earlier.
  • QUALITY CONTROL:

        - Since our products are hand-made, normal tolerance of 10% in dimensions and colors is inevitably acceptable.
        - Our Quantity Controll Process is always carried out 2 times:
          + 1st time: after burning.
          + 2sd time: before and during packing process.
  • PACKING METHOD:

         - Depending on the shapes and dimensions of the products, we normally pack by wooden crates or 5-layer export cartons with shipping-marks imprinted. Also, we can do palletizing if required.
         - Barcode and lable can be printed by us according to customers' instruction. The instruction needs to be informed 03 days before shipment.
         - All these packaging charges are included in the selling prices as mentioned above.
  •  INSURANCE:

          - To be covered by the buyer
          - No claims accepted for any damages caused by shipping handle
  •  FREE SERVICE:

          - Customers are always welcomed for an airport pick-up or hotel pick-up to visit our main office & factories.  
          - Making an entry visa in Viet Nam quickly.
